The Wait was born during a period when life unexpectedly came to a halt.
Following an accident that temporarily limited my mobility, I found myself facing something I had rarely experienced before: stillness. Plans were postponed, routines disappeared, and for the first time in years I was forced to slow down and sit with uncertainty.
What initially felt frustrating gradually became creative fuel.
Over the course of just two weeks, I composed ten pieces that became a way of processing emotions that were difficult to put into words. Rather than telling the story of the accident itself, The Wait explores a much more universal experience: the emotional reality of waiting.
Waiting for answers.
Waiting for healing.
Waiting for change.
Waiting for life to move forward again.
Blending intimate piano performances with ambient textures, cinematic strings, synthesizers and modern production, The Wait transforms stillness into sound.
